MIND Your Health: HIIT IT Class

Physical exercise can treat mild to moderate depression as effectively as an anti-depressant, and the side effects are a healthier heart and stronger muscles.  Teens are invited to try this high intensity interval training (HIIT) fitness class designed for a high burn in a short period.
